Excited to share the first recipe we created with our new This smoked Rosemary [&] Garlic Flank steak turned out amazing! I have been dreaming about it ever since the weekend…it was the perfect meal to top off our 4th of July holiday!
What you will need…
2-3 lbs of beef flank steak depending on how much your family will eat
3 cloves of garlic (1 tablespoon minced)
1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs chopped
a couple pinches of rock sea salt
salt [&] pepper to taste
6-8 tablesoons of avocado oil or olive oil whichever you prefer…
in a bowl or gallon zip lock back place garlic, rosemary, rock salt plus avocado oil and flank steak…marinate for at least an hour…or longer for best flavor.
Prep your …we used Apple + Mesquite pellets…Place marinated meat on the grill and smoke for about 20-25 minutes. Once smoked…then Grill at 375 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on how rare you like your meat.
Once grilling is complete…set on plate and let stand for about 5 minutes covered with foil…this allows the juices to stay in longer and we love the added flavor.
Then slice and ENJOY!
